1. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

   The Client guarantees that any element of text or graphics submitted for user to DistinKtive Brands, LLC for inclusion in the design do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another company, organization or institution. The Client will protect DistinKtive Brands, LLC from any claim or suit arising from the use of texts or graphics.

   Ownership of the final artwork becomes the full property of the Client, having unlimited and unrestricted use of the design, only upon payment of all fees owed to DistinKtive Brands, LLC. Until the order is paid in full, all materials remain property of DistinKtive Brands, LLC. DistinKtive Brands, LLC retains the right to display the artwork on their website, portfolio, marketing materials, and reproduce products for display at shows and events.  The Client must have legal rights to use any professional photography and all original copyright is retained by the photographer or licensing agency.

   All concepts provided to the client are for client review and feedback only. Until project invoice is paid in full by the Client, DistinKtive Brands, LLC will retain exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. Ownership of final designs (vehicle displays only) are transferred to the client on payment of all fees and DistinKtive Brands, LLC retains ownership of all draft materials not used in the final design.

All license plates designed by DistinKtive Brands, LLC, and marketed by DistinKtive Brands, LLC, 603 Gear, Show Car Customs, 10-7 First Response, Fox Body Swag and Bronco Swag are sold as novelty items, not for official use. None of our replica license plates may be used in lieu of state issued, country issued or officially (government) issued license plates. The license plate replicas are similar but may not be identical to originals (officially issued) due to different materials, colors/hues and character type styles used. Pursuant to statues enacted into law by the State of California, we do not accept orders for replica California license plates for shipment to the State of California. You are wholly responsible to ensure that the license plates purchased from our website(s) will not be used in a way so as to violate county, state or country statutes. DistinKtive Brands, LLC, 603 Gear, Show Car Customs, 10-7 First Response, Fox Body Swag and Bronco Swag, our suppliers and licensors are not responsible for legal violations that may arise from the use of products marketed and sold on our sites.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. SECURITY AND PRIVACY

DistinKtive Brands, LLC has opted to pay for a faster, more secure online service.  DistinKtive Brands, LLC takes every action we can to provide the safest online experience for our customers.

We will not, in any way, sell any of your information that is collected.  All information collected from our customers remain confidential and secure.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.  Returns on pre-designed items are accepted.  Returns on personalized items (made specifically for the person purchasing) are not accepted.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
