Effective 1/16/2021, we are changing the payment requirements for all new custom products that require design services. The information below does not pertain to existing products on our website. To better understand the changes, you must understand how we classify products as they are requested. Product requests are put into one of two categories:
- Saleable – When a custom product is requested that we anticipate would sell on our website, we will discount or eliminate the design fee. Whether or not it actually sells, we take that risk.
- Non-Saleable – When a custom product is requested, we will not offer it for sale on our website and is subject to a design fee.
*Classifying products as Saleable or Non-Saleable is non-negotiable.
Custom Design Fees & Payment Information:
- Design Fees:
- Inquire – We do not bill hourly. We quote each product based on your project requirements and our classification of that product. Fill out this form to receive a quote.
- All design fees are returnable in full before you receive your first proof.
- Payment:
- Orders $200 or less (not including shipping or existing products on our website) must be paid in full prior to starting the design process.
- Orders over $200 (not including shipping or existing products on our website) will be required to pay 50% of your total order or $200, whichever is greater, prior to starting the design process.
- Your products will not be manufactured or shipped until paid in full.
We will continue to do enough design work and research to determine if we would accept the request prior to accepting any payment. We will no longer send a proof prior to requesting payment. Please understand that we made these changes to avoid payment delays. It was unfair for our transparent and communicative customers to have to wait additional time for their products. It is important for us to maintain our reputation of having fast turnaround times, high quality products and design services.
